24 Hour Critical Incident Hotline: 877-IFOP-911

By Jerry Lieb, Field Representative - Tuesday, October 31, 2017

The newly formed West Central ETSB 911 center which consolidated the Morgan County/Jacksonville Telecommunicators recently settled a three year agreement featuring the implementation of a wage matrix that will provide a 9% increase over three years, not including the wage matrix step advances.  The new agreement featured the addition of 12 holidays provided as 12 additional vacation days in addition to time and a half for all hours worked on the holiday, and in addition to double time if three family holidays are worked.  The bargaining team of Chairperson Stephanie Lawton and Jessica Sanders did an exceptional job through a protracted difficult negotiation landing a great deal for their members.  Field Supervisor Jerry Lieb assisted the team during negotiations.
